A tasting hosted by Francis Percival.
Spring is a time for rebirth. There are the new seasons goats cheeses and the early-drinking wines of the previous years vintage are ready to taste. This is a tasting all about bright, fresh flavours, whether in delicately lactic goats cheese or the lime sherbet flavours of Mosel Riesling Kabinett. We will explore the most exciting cheeses of the season and taste the wines that are most in tune with their charms.
