A Seasonal Selection to celebrate Spring

Box Contains:

1/2 a Yarlington – soft cow’s milk cheese made in Gloucestershire, with a blushing pink rind which is lightly washed in a wild-fermented cider  (contains milk; made using animal rennet)

A piece of Gorwydd Caerphilly – crumbly cow’s milk cheese with and natural edible rind – made by hand in Somerset  (contains milk; made using animal rennet)

A slice of Spenwood – a sheep’s milk cheese from Berkshire with light floral flavours and a smooth texture
(contains milk, vegetarian)

1/2 a Sinodun Hill – a goat’s milk cheese made here in Oxfordshire – light and moussy with a little fruitiness on the rind
(contains milk, vegetarian)

Pimhill Oatcakes – Organic oatcakes made using oatmeal from their own farm
(contains milk and cereals containing gluten)

Minimum weight of cheese 550g.  All cheeses in this selection are made with pasteurised milk.
