Minimum weight 750g.

Colston Bassett Stilton – made to an old recipe which calls for traditional animal rennet and hand ladling of the curd.  Balanced and elegant with a slight sweet finish.

Westcombe Cheddar – One of only three traditional cloth-bound raw-milk cheddars still made in Somerset.  The texture is softer than our other cheddars and flavours are rounded and mellow.

Rollright – an English take on a Vacherin Mont D’Or.  Soft texture with flavours of crème fraiche and wood smoked ham.

Sinodun Hill – Made in the shape of a pyramid, this raw-milk goat’s cheese is fresh and light textured with a wrinkly lightly yeasty rind.
