A piece of Colston Bassett Stilton – made to an old recipe which calls for traditional animal rennet and hand ladling of the curd.  Balanced and elegant with a slight sweet finish.

Half a Sinodun Hill – Made in the shape of a pyramid, this goat’s cheese is fresh and light textured with a wrinkly lightly yeasty rind.
